Features:

This combination Filter Regulator minimizes space and piping by integrating the 2 units into one. Standard features include a relieving regulator, which can be quickly locked by pushing down on the adjustment knob. There are many options, which include gauges, auto-drain, metal bowl and covers, different set pressures, etc. The AW can be combined with other similar sized products. This series is available in four body sizes with piping from M5 to 3/4 in Rc(BSPT, PT), NPT or G(BSPP) thread types.

Operation Manual:

1. Be sure to check up the components before used.

2. Please pay attention to the direction of flow and keep product vertical when installing.

3. The flow rate will reduce about 10% when connected with smaller pipe and will reduce about 7% for each level of filtration increased.

4. On the component with shield, be sure to fix the shield before use.

5. On the regulator firstly to adjust the adjustment handle to zero, then fix the pressure gauge and fitting at the corresponding place and to ensure no leakage (the fitting places of the gauge and block fitting could be exchanged ) and then adjust the pressure to needed level.

6. On the lubricator, firstly adjust the oil volume needle to zero, then add oil to oil volume level and then adjust the oil volume needle to certain level.

7. Please clean up the metal grain, dust and oil stain in pipes when connected with metal pipes.
